Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad, who is also chairman of the Executive Council of the International Islamic News Agency (IINA), visited Saturday IINA headquarters and its training center in Jeddah.

The minister was briefed on IINA’s working mechanism by its Director General Issa Khaireh Robleh, in the presence of Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, and President of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Abdullah bin Fahd Al Hussein.

Al-Awwad also listened to a briefing on the Agency’s media sections, facilities and website. Accompanied by Director General Robleh, the minister toured the IINA Training Center and inspected its classrooms and other facilities.
